Working conditions for teachers will be enhanced – Dr. Apaak

The Deputy Minister of Education, Dr. Clement Apaak, has affirmed the Ministry’s dedication to enhancing the working conditions for teachers.

He emphasized that the government is committed to providing sufficient teaching and learning resources, encouraging educators to maintain their outstanding efforts, and reassuring them that their hard work will be recognized.

Dr. Apaak made these remarks during a visit to the Ashaiman Cluster of Schools, where he engaged with both teachers and students.

The purpose of his visit was to evaluate the school’s environment and gain direct insights into the commitment and challenges faced by the teaching staff.

This visit is part of a larger initiative by the Ministry to connect with educators at the grassroots level, address their issues, and improve the overall quality of education nationwide.

Dr. Apaak praised the teachers for their steadfast dedication and effort in nurturing the next generation of leaders.

He recognized their vital contribution to the education sector and promised ongoing support from the government.
