The theme chosen for the 2023 edition of National Education Week is “Education Delivery for National Transformation: The Case for STEM and TVET.” This thoughtfully selected theme directly aligns with my own vision for the future of education in our beloved nation.

During his address to the diverse audience, the esteemed Minister for Education, Dr. Yaw Adutwum, emphatically underscored the pivotal role of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), as well as Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), in shaping the educational landscape of Ghana.
Dr. Adutwum passionately illuminated the transformative potential of STEM education. He expounded upon how it builds the foundation for innovative thinking, nurtures problem-solving skills, and cultivates technological proficiency among the budding minds of Ghana’s students.
