HOW TO REGISTER ON CONTROLLER PAYSLIP PORTAL
Here is a step-by-step guide for new teachers on what they need to do:
After receiving your staff ID, the first step is to undergo biometric registration.
Once you have completed the biometric registration, visit the validator in your school who will assist you in creating an e-payslip account.
There is a new directive from the Controller and Accountant General’s Department (CAGD) regarding the reactivation of e-payslips.
This is mandatory for all GES teachers using the TM1 Laptop Katon network or registering students.
To register for the e-payslip:
– Go to the e-payslip portal online and log in.
– The first interface you will see is a welcome message from the Controller and Accountant General’s Department, providing instructions on accessing your payslip.
– If you are a new user, click on “REGISTER FOR E-PAYSLIP” and obtain a first-time registration code from your Head of Department. Follow the instructions to log in.
– Note that it is important to keep your employee details and password confidential to prevent any financial loss.
– Click on “click here to continue” to proceed.
If you already have an account.
log in using your Staff ID as the Employee Number,
Enter your Password, and provide the code.
Then, submit the information.
To register for the e-payslip.
- Click on “register for E-payslip” and fill in the required details:
- Enter your employee number (Staff ID) and confirm it.
- Create a password and confirm it.
- Enter the registration code provided by your validator.
- Provide your email address and mobile number, and confirm them.
- Select your country and enter the code shown.
- After completing the registration, you will receive a code via SMS on your phone.
- Use this code to continue the process, which involves a simple survey and collecting your biodata.
- Remember to print your payslip, particularly the first one, and submit it to the school administrator for filing purposes.
