How to Change Association on Epayslip Portal

Changing your association is easier than you think.

While having an outstanding loan to settle may seem like a hurdle, the process of changing associations is surprisingly simple.

Unlike other administrative tasks that require lengthy letters and complicated procedures, changing your association can be done quickly and easily.

To change your association type, simply log in to the epayslip portal through your browser and follow the prompts.

 

To access the system, please provide your login credentials, which include:

– Your Staff ID
– Your password
– The verification code provided


Select Change of Association

The following details will be shown.

Ministry,

Department

Region

District

Your Current Association

Your Employee Number

Your Full name

Job title

Your Contact

Date Generated.

To change the Association you must agree to the terms as you select the Association of Choice.

My membership with ASSOCIATION NAME Should be Terminated. I have Joined  ………. as a new member, and hence the appropriate dues should be deducted from my salary in favor of ……. Based on Last Months…………… Payslip.

After the selection of the Association

It is electronically submitted to CAGD with a new Mandate number. Check below the message for the mandate number.


To update your association, follow these steps:

Select New Association On the Right Corner

Select a new Association and Click send.

The following are the  current available Associations for Teachers in the Portal

Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT)

National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT)

Innovative Teachers Union Dues

Coalition of Concern Teachers -Ghana (CCT-GH)

All Teachers Alliance Ghana
