SUBJECT: Submission of 2023 and 2024 Data on Transfer Grant & Other Allowances
As part of the annual budget implementation, the Management of the Ghana Education Service is set to pay Transfer Grants and Other Allowances to qualified staff.
Regional Directors are hereby instructed to notify all Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Education Offices (MMDEs) through their HR and Budget Officers to compile and submit the necessary documents for all staff who qualify for these payments for the years 2023 and 2024.
KEY INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES
1. Eligibility Criteria:
- Staff who requested to be transferred to their current station are not eligible.
- Staff whose transfer distance does not meet the 50 KM mark policy are not eligible.
2. Submission Process:
- All submissions will be done online at the Regional/Municipal/Metro/District offices.
- Individual attachments or documents should be uploaded via the provided links.
3. Steps for Submission:

- Sign in using a Gmail account.
- Fill in the form for each applicant.
- Upload all relevant documents related to the specified allowances for qualified staff.
Step 2: Proceed to https://forms.gle/vwwvgBra7zkNtuBS7 to upload and submit the summary sheets of existing templates used for data submission.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Ensure that all submissions are accurate and complete to avoid delays in processing. Only qualified staff meeting the eligibility criteria should be included in the submissions.
